CDLLife is a digital media company that has the largest online community of truck drivers in the US. They are committed to providing carriers with lead generation and recruiting solutions. One of the services offered to CDLLife clients is CDLClarity, which is designed to simplify their attribution process.
the solution
I was responsible for creating a user-friendly and streamlined process that clients could learn on their own. To achieve this, I delved deep into the nuances of the attribution process, potential edge-cases, and software details used by the majority of companies to get their hire data. After thorough research, I crafted a fast and easy-to-learn tool that guides users through the process and provides clear data that they can rely on.

The dashboard showcases scores through customizable cards, providing users with the flexibility to arrange them as they please. The final card empowers users to effortlessly request their own personalized attribution model with just a few clicks.

The report creation process consists of three steps. Each step offers useful guidelines on how to upload Tenstreet hire reports, ensuring clear validation for the uploaded files and quick resolution of any errors. I collaborated closely with the development team to meticulously design solutions for potential edge cases involving mismatching data, aiming for the smoothest experience possible.

During the development phase, we realized the importance of explaining errors that could be caused by invalid data in the files.
We carefully reviewed all potential error types to ensure that users would receive detailed information about the issues and clear instructions on how to resolve them. This is aimed at reducing user tension and frustration. In addition, we have also added a form for users to submit help requests or provide feedback.
